This website is operated by Ailerons USA LLC ("Ailerons USA", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them together with our Refund Policy and our Warranties & Returns page.

Products and Equipment Condition

Ailerons USA sells refurbished and pre-owned EMS equipment unless otherwise stated. Eligible units are inspected, tested, and prepared before shipment. Product listings describe the equipment to the best of our knowledge; refurbished equipment may show cosmetic wear that does not affect function.

Our equipment is intended for purchase and use by trained EMS, medical, and transport professionals and organizations. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that operators are properly trained and that equipment is used, maintained, and stored according to manufacturer instructions and applicable regulations.

Trademark Notice

Stryker, Power-PRO, and Power-LOAD are trademarks of Stryker Corporation. Ferno is a trademark of Ferno-Washington, Inc. Ailerons USA LLC is an independent reseller of refurbished equipment and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Stryker Corporation, Ferno-Washington, Inc., or any other manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to refurbished, pre-owned, or resale equipment.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. We work to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an error. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Shipping and Delivery

Most equipment ships by freight carrier. Shipping charges are shown at checkout or confirmed before shipment. Please inspect your equipment at delivery and report any shipping damage to us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization, and eligible equipment includes our 90-Day Parts & Labor Warranty. Full terms are in our Refund Policy and on the Warranties & Returns page.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Except for the express warranty described on our Warranties & Returns page, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, equipment is provided without other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ailerons USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our equipment, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the equipment involved.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements through which we provide products are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
