The Stryker Power-LOAD 6390 is a powered cot fastener system that mounts inside the ambulance and takes over the single highest-risk lift in EMS: loading and unloading the stretcher. The crew guides the cot to the door and the system lifts it in, supports it until the wheels touch ground on the way out, and locks it for transport. No manual lifting is required, and it handles a 700 lb capacity per Stryker's published specifications.
