Products & Compatibility

Which stretchers work with the Power-LOAD 6390?

Stryker Power-Pro XT and Power-Pro XT XPS stretchers in Power-LOAD-ready configuration. Not all Power-Pro XT units qualify, so contact us with your cot's details and we'll confirm compatibility before you purchase. If you're buying both together, our combo kits come pre-verified compatible.

What's the difference between the XPS and non-XPS models?

The XPS (Expandable Patient Surface) model adds siderails that expand outward for a wider patient surface, adjustable across seven locking positions. The powered lift system and Power-LOAD compatibility are the same on both. XPS is the preferred choice for agencies transporting larger or more varied patient populations. See our full comparison.

Do you offer or coordinate Power-LOAD installation?

Yes, we can coordinate installation of the Power-LOAD system in your vehicle. Contact us to discuss your ambulance before purchase.

What is the weight capacity of this equipment?

Stryker rates both the Power-Pro XT stretcher and the Power-LOAD 6390 at 700 lb (318 kg) per its published specifications.

Can I see the actual unit before I buy?

Yes. Contact us and we'll provide photos, videos, and serial details of the specific unit in stock. Every eligible unit is inspected and function-tested before shipment, and we're transparent about condition.

Shipping & Freight

How much is shipping?

Freight is a flat $595 per item within the contiguous (lower 48) United States, with liftgate delivery available. A combo kit ships as two freight items (stretcher + Power-LOAD), so combo freight is $1,190. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico is by custom quote, so contact us.

Do you offer a discount on combined or bulk freight?

Often, yes. If you're ordering a combo kit or more than one unit, contact us before you order and ask about combined-freight pricing, and we can frequently reduce the total shipping cost.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship by freight from our Houston, TX location to destinations across the lower 48 states.

Warranty & Returns

Is there a warranty on refurbished equipment?

Yes. Eligible equipment is covered by our 90-day parts and labor warranty, starting the day you receive it. If a covered functional issue occurs under normal use, we resolve it with replacement parts, coordinated local technician support, an equipment exchange, a return for repair, or a full refund if it can't reasonably be fixed. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the equipment is in substantially the same condition as received, with all included accessories. All returns require prior authorization, so contact us before shipping anything back. Refunds are processed after inspection.
